About this role

Salary: CHF 56’000 - 77’000 per year

Requirements:

First experience as a Junior Windows Systems Engineer
Strong expertise in Active Directory and identity security
Experience in a critical or demanding environment
Ability to make technical decisions and structure an architecture
Autonomy, rigor, and analytical mindset
Good communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts
Professional English (minimum B2)

Responsibilities:

Define and evolve the Windows Server technical architecture
Analyze the impact of new projects on the existing infrastructure
Propose technical choices and ensure overall coherence
Participate in architecture studies and technology monitoring
Promote standards and best practices within the team
Configure and administer Windows Server environments
Manage and maintain an enterprise Active Directory
Administer GPOs and access rights
Manage hybrid environments with Microsoft Entra ID
Implement and maintain clustering and storage solutions via PowerShell
Ensure operational maintenance (MCO/MCS)
Address complex incidents and optimize performance
