IT Support - Webmaster

Timely provision of IT services and IT support as described, including:

• Facilitated the setup of all IT equipment at the meeting venue (CICG), as per instructions, with all devices functional and operational for use by staff and delegates.
• Temporary network infrastructure required for the meetings in CICG is configured and fully functional.
• IT equipment is maintained and kept in working condition through the meetings at the venue.
• Successfully provided support, in a timely manner, to staff and delegates with regards to IT related issues.
• Facilitated the dismantling and repackaging of all IT equipment per instructions, ready to be dispatched by transportation company.
• Kept the intranet platform functional and up to date.
