Infrastructure Engineer

Salary: CHF 80’000 - 110’000 per year

Requirements:

• Degree X (or equivalent) with over 10 years of experience in infrastructure management in industrial environments
• Strong experience (+5 years) in complete project management from design to deployment
• Advanced proficiency in Azure, M365, Active Directory, Veeam, X Defender environments
• Good network skills (switching, VLAN, WiFi, VPN, firewalling)
• Proven skills in PowerShell, scripting, Intune, and simple pipelines
• Good knowledge of Fortinet technologies
• Excellent analytical ability, autonomy, priority management, stress management, methodological rigor
• Ability to work in project mode, communicate technical issues effectively, collaborate with business teams, and support digital transformation

Responsibilities:

• Capture the needs of departments, define the most suitable solutions, plan and oversee the deployment of infrastructure and business projects
• Ensure smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Design and maintain a complete and coherent technical architecture covering servers, networks, storage, hybrid cloud, and security
• Validate all technical elements, including architectures, as well as test plans and procedures
• Collaborate closely with teams and departments to ensure technical prerequisites, standardize deployments, and updates
• Install, configure, and support databases, servers, network connectivity, access, supervision, and monitoring
• Ensure quality, security, and consistency of architectures and solutions deployed in the environment
• Provide expert support on complex incidents (systems, network, cloud), support frontline teams, and participate in failover tests
• Keep technical documentation, architectures, and procedures up to date to ensure quality and continuity
