Salary: CHF 100’000 - 130’000 per year

Requirements:

3+ years software engineering with strong Go expertise.
•
Solid knowledge of algorithms, concurrency, distributed systems.
•
Background in blockchain or cryptography highly desirable.
•
Rust or C++ experience is a plus.
•
Problem-solving mindset, curiosity, and ability to thrive in a collaborative remote setup.

Responsibilities:

•
Build and optimize core components of a high-performance blockchain infrastructure in Go.
•
Solve complex problems in concurrency, distributed systems, and algorithmic efficiency.
•
Contribute to architecture decisions and shape system design hands-on.
•
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, with a focus on scalability and reliability.
•
Collaborate closely with a senior, no-ego engineering team – share knowledge, review code, and push boundaries together.
•
Stay curious: explore new tools, cryptographic techniques, and system-level optimizations to improve performance.
