About this role

Salary: CHF 110’000 - 150’000 per year

Requirements:

Master’s degree (ongoing or completed) in Computer Science or a related field
Proficient in Python and familiar with data processing or machine learning libraries
Knowledge of generative AI prompt design and Large Language Models is a plus
Exposure to cloud technologies (e.g., Azure), microservices, and APIs is an asset
Experience or interest in finance through internships, coursework, or projects is a plus
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Fast learner with solid problem-solving abilities
Thrives in dynamic environments and can manage multiple priorities effectively

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with multiple business units to put in place Generative AI enabled Agents
Design, implement, and optimize generative AI prompts for various Agents
Assist in data collection, pre-processing, and analysis
Participate in the testing and validation of AI models
Communicate, promote, and educate available AI tools to all employees
Conduct research on the latest AI trends and technologies
