Salary: CHF 105’000 - 145’000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong React experience (min. 3 years)
• Proven experience developing Web3 user interfaces
• Understanding of core DeFi primitives and related user-flows
• Startup experience and working in small technical teams
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and driven
• Strong work ethic and team player
• Willingness to travel and have schedule flexibility
• Located within a European timezone (CET +/- 3h)

Responsibilities:

• Develop Web3 Applications in React and Next.js
• Develop and integrate offchain data sources such as Subgraphs and APIs
• Integrate Web3 Wallet libraries for smart contract interactions
• Build out internal dashboards for system monitoring
• Work with Designers to create UX/UI

While DeFi has successfully replicated many traditional financial primitives, asset management remains underdeveloped, and sophisticated yielding strategies are not broadly available to users across the space. Makina provides a highly adaptable and secure architecture designed to facilitate a broad spectrum of strategies.

Job Summary:
The Frontend Engineer role requires a strong skill set in the React/Next.js stack applied to Web3, as well as in supporting the development process for a new in-house project. This position offers an exciting role as part of a small and dynamic team, with the ability to shape and impact technical decisions and direction.
