Frontend Engineer (part-time possible, all genders) - Bern

Salary: CHF 50’000 - 75’000 per year

Requirements:

• Degree in an IT or tech-related field
• Depending on your entry level: at least two years of frontend development experience in project teams with at least three team members
• Familiarity with a modern JavaScript framework (e.g., Angular, React); knowledge/experience in back-end development (e.g., Java/NodeJS) is an advantage
• Appreciation for clean coding principles, a cooperative, agile, and solution-oriented team player who enjoys sharing knowledge, and proficiency in English and one of the regional languages (GER/FR/IT)

Responsibilities:

• Engineering future-proof, high-quality frontend applications in various fields
• Analyzing client requirements and advising on technical architecture, frameworks, feasibility of UX/UI designs, and building frontends with an amazing UX
• Integrating or improving the CI/CD to optimize development workflow and software quality
• Involvement in architecture design, DevOps, system integration, test automation, and other relevant topics based on the project
