This team, comprising Domain, Solution, Integration, and Enterprise Architects, plays a crucial role in shaping the strategic technology direction of our organization and ensuring that our IT solutions are perfectly aligned with our business objectives.
As an Enterprise Architect at Randstad Digital Switzerland, you will be embedded in a challenging client project and report directly to the Head of Architecture and Solution Design. You will be instrumental in leading the design and implementation of enterprise-wide unified solutions, establishing critical technology standards, and providing expert guidance on technology investments. This is an exciting opportunity to define our technology roadmap and ensure that our IT initiatives deliver high-quality Digital Products and Services, both for today and for the future.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with our client and Industry business leaders and key stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of strategic goals and translate them into clear technology requirements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive architecture blueprints and strategic technology roadmaps that effectively guide technology decisions across the organization.
- Proactively evaluate emerging technologies and key industry trends, providing insightful recommendations for innovative solutions that can drive business value.
- Lead thorough architecture reviews, ensuring strict adherence to established architectural principles, standards, and best practices.
- Provide strong technical leadership and act as a mentor to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Partner effectively with project managers, developers, and product owners throughout the project lifecycle to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects, encompassing all aspects of designing modern IT Solutions within Agile SCRUM teams.
Your Background:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a closely related field.
- Proven and significant experience working as an Enterprise Architect within Financial Services, the Aviation Industry, or a large, complex organization.
- Deep expertise in the design and implementation of complex, enterprise-level systems and architectures.
- Strong and demonstrable knowledge of the TOGAF architecture framework.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and holistically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to effectively manage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs and objectives into clear and actionable technical requirements.
- Extensive expertise with modern cloud technologies and contemporary application architectures.
- Relevant professional certifications, such as Certified Enterprise Architect (CEA), TOGAF certification, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect, are highly desirable.
Important Requirements:
- This role is based in Geneva and requires a minimum of 3 days per week of on-site presence.
