About this role

Would you like to help us defend our customers while working in a dynamic and ever-evolving environment? We are looking for someone who can join our agile team, where we are responsible for the development, automation, integration, and operations of our platform. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that our platform operates in a stable condition and meets the service requirements of our security operations team as well as other key stakeholders.

  • Collaborate within an agile DevOps team to develop, implement, and operate key components of our security platform
  • Administer and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enhance efficiency and reliability
  • Develop and manage cloud-native applications, integrating various technologies to enhance platform capabilities
  • Perform root cause analyses and proactively resolve operational incidents to maintain system integrity
  • Design and deploy automations and integrations on a Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) platform
  • Work collaboratively in an agile environment, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Your Skills:

  • Degree (Uni/ETH/UAS) in computer science or equivalent professional experience
  • Extensive experience in the development, deployment, and administration of cloud-native applications (e.g. Kubernetes, AWS, OpenShift)
  • Familiarity with SOAR tools, security products, and Extended Detection and Response (XDR) systems is advantageous
  • Experience with Azure based environments and Microsoft security tooling
  • Proficiency in managing both Windows and Linux server environments
  • Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g. Bash, Ansible, Python)
  • Experience with web technologies and APIs (e.g. JavaScript, HTML, REST APIs, Flask/Django)
  • Solid understanding of network technologies and security protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, DNS)
  • Demonstrated experience with modern DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (e.g. GitLab)
  • Comfortable working within agile frameworks and methodologies (e.g. SAFe, Scrum)
  • Willingness to engage in operations tasks such as monitoring, incident management, and change management
  • Excellent customer and service orientation
  • Fluent in German and English
