In this role, you will be the bridge between complex business needs and scalable, secure cloud architectures.

Your Impact: What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Consultant with Randstad Digital, you will be embedded within strategic projects, taking ownership of the following:

• Architectural Design: Build and implement scalable, secure cloud-based data solutions that align with our client's Unified Architecture framework.

• Data Orchestration: Optimize the full lifecycle of data systems—from ingestion and transformation to ML-pipeline integration and analytics enablement.

• Real-Time Integration: Utilize data streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka) to power event-driven use cases.

• Standardization: Document technical standards and ensure adoption across internal teams and external delivery partners.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Data Governance, Security, and Business stakeholders to embed privacy and quality into every design.

• Vendor Management: Oversee external vendors to ensure technical alignment and high-quality solution delivery.

Who You Are

We are looking for a seasoned expert who thrives in complex, multi-cloud environments and possesses the following:

• Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Experience: 7+ years of hands-on technical experience in data solution architecture, with a proven track record of building modern cloud-based data ecosystems.

• Tech Stack Mastery: * Must-have: Deep expertise in AWS (Cloud-native data platforms).

  • Strongly preferred: Proficiency in Snowflake and GCP.

  • Tools: Advanced knowledge of Kafka, ETL technologies, and BI tools.

• Frameworks: A solid understanding of TOGAF, data governance, and enterprise data strategy.

• ML Savvy: Experience designing data pipelines that support Machine Learning model preparation and monitoring.

• Soft Skills: Excellent persuasion and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of a global organization.
