About this role

Salary: CHF 40’000 - 55’000 per year

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Masters or Bachelors degree (HEC, HEG, EPFL, or EHL) with a technical background
Excellent command of Power BI and Office Suite (especially Excel)
Ability to handle large data volumes
Methodical, service-oriented, and with strong analytical skills

Responsibilities:

Extract, filter, and clean data from various sources and departments
Analyze trends, discrepancies, and sources to define issues and synthesize data
Create and deploy dynamic dashboards on Power BI
Work closely with the IT team to centralize and manage data flows
Assist the team with micro-project management related to processes
Propose concrete recommendations and solutions to the various departments
