CX Consultant - Manager eCommerce Channel Development

Randstad Digital Switzerland is seeking a new CX Consultant to join our in-house team of specialists to help support our business in the Romandie.

In this strategic eCommerce position within our team, you will be responsible for the definition, management, and activation of products and experiences with our existing clients. Your first mission is with a major international organisation to help their  product portfolio expansion globally, ensuring the online experience remains simple, clear, and high-performing across their global markets..

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Launch: Create and develop the online launch strategy and customer journeys for dedicated product lines.

   

• Requirement Engineering: Develop detailed business requirements by coordinating with cross-channel stakeholders, including Brand, Product Marketing, and Legal.

   

• CX Excellence: Define online Customer Experience guidelines and principles based on data analysis and global benchmarks.

   

• Execution & Deployment: Brief creative agencies and UX/UI resources, ensuring solutions meet business goals from design to pilot market deployment.

   

• Global Support: Provide eCommerce expertise to support market localization while maintaining a consistent global brand experience.

   

Your Profile

We are seeking a business-oriented professional who thrives in multi-category environments and understands the nuances of the consumer journey.

 

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.

   

• Experience: At least 5 years in eCommerce or digital, ideally managing complex product portfolios.

   

• Technical Savvy: Experience driving CX/UX/Design stakeholders and working closely with web development teams.

   

• Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with analytics and behavioral analysis tools to drive performance results.

   

• Project Leadership: Solid project management skills with a deep understanding of web development phases.

   

• Communication: Ability to collaborate across functions and communicate effectively with category management level stakeholders.
