About this role

Salary: CHF 300’000 - 340’000 per year

Requirements:

Proven track record as a CTO or in a similar senior technology leadership role
Experience leading large-scale tech teams (100+ people), ideally across geographies
Strong technical foundation in AI/ML, enterprise systems, and scalable architecture
Demonstrated ability to align tech strategy with business goals in high-growth environments
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities:

Lead the company’s technology, AI, and product strategy through its next phase of growth
Own and evolve the technology roadmap, aligning with future innovation and customer value
Oversee a multi-disciplinary tech organisation including Engineering, Product, IT, and Innovation teams
Ensure operational excellence and security across all platforms and services
Spearhead AI-driven transformation projects across customer and publishing experiences
Build, develop, and inspire a global tech team with a collaborative, high-performance culture
Manage international operations, including an outsourced delivery centre in South Asia
Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team on strategic direction and growth planning
