Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Fintech

Salary: CHF 180’000 - 220’000 per year

Requirements:

• • 15+ years in marketing leadership within fintech or digital banking
• • Proven success at top-tier players (e.g. Stripe, Revolut, Wise, Qonto, Mollie, or similar)
• • Deep experience in regulated financial services and B2B payments
• • Skilled in brand building, customer growth, and go-to-market execution
• • Fluent in English; German a strong plus

• • Define and lead our marketing, growth, and brand strategy across Europe—driving adoption, trust, and visibility in the financial technology space
