Randstad Digital Switzerland is seeking a highly experienced Senior Digital Publishing Platform Optimization Consultant to support our prestigious client. They have successfully implemented a major Censhare-based digital publishing platform to revolutionize their authoring, translation, design, and dissemination processes, moving to efficient, single-source publishing with rich metadata.

The transition is largely complete, and now our client needs an independent expert to conduct a thorough review and ensure they are maximizing their investment. This is an essential short-term project—we need someone who can hit the ground running on day one.

Your project:

You will be the independent expert tasked with assessing the current state of the Censhare implementation, processes, and workflows against industry and Censhare best practices. Your work will directly shape the future operational efficiency of their global publishing platform.

Key Objectives:

Technical Deep Dive: Evaluate the Censhare technical implementation for alignment with industry best practices and identify any gaps.
Benefits Realization: Assess whether the platform is delivering on its expected business benefits.
Process and Feature Analysis: Analyze configuration, feature utilization, and digital publishing management processes to ensure they meet business requirements and are fully optimized.
Optimization Roadmap: Propose concrete, actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency, leverage underutilized capabilities, and optimize workflows.
Forward-Looking Strategy: Develop a clear roadmap with milestones to finalize the current project phase and guide future enhancements to fully leverage the Censhare platform.

Your Background

To be effective from day one, you must possess a proven track record and deep expertise in the following areas:

Censhare Mastery (Mandatory): Demonstrated, hands-on expertise with the Censhare solution, including feature configuration and administration.
Process Optimization: Proven success in analyzing and optimizing complex web content management and publishing processes.
Holistic Assessment: The ability to effectively assess processes and workflows—not just technical systems.
Stakeholder Engagement: Experience successfully collaborating with and influencing diverse stakeholders across both business and IT teams.
Executive Communication: Strong report writing and presentation skills to deliver clear, impactful findings and recommendations to senior audiences.
