Your Impact

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will report to the Department Director and serve as a key consultant across digital engagement, customer experience, and technical teams. Your mission is to maximize organizational efficiency through:

• Process Optimization: Analyzing and designing internal business processes by leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies.

• Data-Driven Strategy: Collecting and interpreting complex data to build dashboards and performance metrics that inform high-level decision-making.

• Requirement Engineering: Collaborating with project leads to elicit and document business needs, ensuring technical solutions align perfectly with organizational goals.

• Strategic Representation: Acting as the voice of the business teams in international working groups and task forces.

• Knowledge Leadership: Mentoring colleagues on business analysis methodologies and modern frameworks to strengthen internal capabilities.

What You Bring

We are looking for a professional who thrives in international environments and possesses a blend of technical certification and strategic mindset.

Education & Certifications:

• University Degree in Business Administration, IT, Management, or a related field.

• ITIL Certification (Essential).

• AWS Certification (Essential).

Experience & Skills:

• 7+ Years of experience across business analysis, service management, and digital transformation.

• International Exposure: Proven track record working in global environments (ideally bridging public and private sectors).

• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in JIRA, data presentation, and process optimization.

• Agility: Deep knowledge of modern business analysis frameworks and a knack for learning new concepts quickly.

• Languages: Native-level fluency in English. Proficiency in another European language is a significant advantage.
