About this role

Salary: CHF 110’000 - 150’000 per year

Requirements:

Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field
5+ years of experience in Python and ML/data processing libraries (e.g., Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, Transformers)
5+ years of experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure), APIs, and microservices architecture
Proven experience building production-ready GenAI applications (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Haystack)
Strong understanding of LLM integration, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation
Exposure to financial services is a plus
Team player with strong communication skills
Autonomous, pragmatic, and delivery-oriented mindset
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

Build and deploy Generative AI applications using frameworks such as RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and prompt engineering
Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure AI systems integrated into our existing IT ecosystem
Collaborate with internal teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
Contribute to model evaluation, testing, and optimization for performance and reliability
Stay current with emerging GenAI technologies and tools to inform implementation choices
