AI Engineer - Generative Applications
About this role
Salary: CHF 110’000 - 150’000 per year
Requirements:- Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Python and ML/data processing libraries (e.g., Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, Transformers)
- 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure), APIs, and microservices architecture
- Proven experience building production-ready GenAI applications (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Haystack)
- Strong understanding of LLM integration, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation
- Exposure to financial services is a plus
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Autonomous, pragmatic, and delivery-oriented mindset
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Build and deploy Generative AI applications using frameworks such as RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and prompt engineering
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure AI systems integrated into our existing IT ecosystem
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Contribute to model evaluation, testing, and optimization for performance and reliability
- Stay current with emerging GenAI technologies and tools to inform implementation choices
