Blockchain DevSecOps Lead (Zug)

Salary: CHF 140’000 - 170’000 per year

Requirements:

• Hands-on DevOps experience (cloud, CI/CD, automation, containers).
• Experience in security engineering or operational security.
• Experience working with blockchain infrastructure
• Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems, risks, and security considerations; familiarity with DeFi is beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and scale cloud and server infrastructures
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes-based deployment processes.
• Develop automation tooling, including scripts and containerized workflows.
• Drive internal security initiatives
• Advise engineering teams on best practices in infrastructure reliability, DevOps, and security architecture.
