Salary: CHF 75’000 - 100’000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Knowledge of virtualization platforms (vCenter, Proxmox, or similar).
• Proficiency in Python using frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or similar.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and query optimization.
• Proactive mindset with ownership from project inception to completion.
• Versatile and adaptable, comfortable working across backend and private cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• DevOps on Private Cloud (30%):
– Work with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm), including network configuration for containerized applications.
– Improve deployment pipelines and automate development workflows, including resource provisioning and configuration within the private cloud.
– Manage virtualization platforms such as vCenter and Proxmox.
• Backend Development (70%):
– Design, develop, and maintain efficient backend services using Python.
– Optimize database interactions and query performance.
– Implement best practices for code quality, performance, and security.
