About this role

Salary: CHF 120’000 - 160’000 per year

Requirements:

3+ years of backend development experience
Proven track record of building and scaling production-grade systems
Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
Mastery of Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern dev workflows
Expert in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and performance tuning

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications and deliverables.
Architect, build, and own robust backend services in Go
Collaborate closely with product and engineering leadership
Perform code reviews and enforce high engineering standards
