About this role

Salary: CHF 110’000 - 150’000 per year

Requirements:

Proven experience in developing and deploying Generative AI applications.
Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
Experience with cloud platforms and services related to AI.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate complex concepts clearly.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy innovative Generative AI applications.
Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Utilize state-of-the-art platforms and leverage agile and DevOps methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions.
Continuously improve AI models and methodologies to enhance application performance.
Participate in code reviews and maintain documentation for the projects.
