As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you won't just fill positions?you will be a trusted advisor and a strategic partner to our business leaders. You will have a direct impact on our success by attracting, selecting, and retaining the talent that drives our innovation and growth.
Your Mission

As a key member of our dynamic Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for the entire end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. You will act as a consultant to our business units, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for every candidate and hiring manager. Your expertise will be vital in identifying and securing the best talent to achieve our business goals.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing and screening to conducting interviews, managing communication, and negotiating offers.
  • Build strategic partnerships with HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand their short- and long-term talent needs and proactively address challenges.
  • Champion internal talent mobility by actively promoting career advancement opportunities and supporting internal candidates.
  • Develop and nurture talent pipelines in collaboration with our active sourcing team to build a strong network of future candidates.
  • Ensure a smooth hiring process by partnering effectively with HR Operations for job postings, interview scheduling, and offer processing.
  • Consult with stakeholders on best-in-class talent acquisition strategies and processes, contributing to continuous improvement projects.
  • Drive Employer Branding initiatives, Early Talent programs, and Trainee programs both locally and online to boost our clients reputation as a top employer.

Requirements

  • A higher education degree (Bachelor's or equivalent), preferably in Economics, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Several years of hands-on, end-to-end recruiting experience gained in a fast-paced, global matrix environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • A proven track record of successfully delivering recruitment and project-based initiatives.
  • Familiarity with workforce and succession planning.
  • Proficiency with Application Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • A strong, proactive, and dynamic personality with the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment.
