About the Role:
As a Recruiter, you will take ownership of the entire recruitment process?from sourcing and screening candidates to managing interviews and delivering a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. Your contribution will be key in attracting and selecting top talent to support the company's growth and success.
What You'll Do:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across different departments.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates actively through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
Screen applications and conduct interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
Collaborate with external recruitment agencies when necessary.
Keep up-to-date with recruitment trends and best practices.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies throughout recruitment.
Requirements
A self-driven professional with proven experience in recruitment.
English mother tongue; italian language is a strong plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and work independently.
Familiarity with various sourcing tools and techniques.
A passion for finding the right talent and delivering excellent candidate experiences.
