HR Project Intern (m/w/x)

Are you a driven student or recent graduate with a passion for people and projects? We're looking for a dynamic HR Intern to join our team at Randstad, working directly on-site with our client Nestlé, one of the world's leading food and beverage companies.
You'll take ownership of an end-to-end HR project: planning, organizing and supporting the delivery of the 2026 Summer Jobs Program at Nestlé. This multi lingual, multi-site initiative offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the entire HR lifecycle?from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and offboarding.
Responsibilities
Throughout
- Co-lead the coordination of the Nestlé Summer Experience Program, working closely with Randstad and Nestlé stakeholders to ensure seamless planning and execution from A to Z,
- Track and manage key HR metrics (e.g. number of hires, onboarding progress, engagement touchpoints) using internal programs to maintain real-time program visibility,
- Act as a key point of contact for both Nestlé hiring managers and student participants on all program-related matters, including job assignments, contracts, time tracking, holidays, and general inquiries,
- Contribute actively to regular meetings with other key stakeholders in the project to align on progress, challenges and upcoming deadlines.
Before the program
- Collect detailed business needs for the summer jobs program to define the scope and number of positions required,
- Lead recruitment processes by matching applicants to roles, conducting screening calls to assess candidates'; motivation, availability and fit,
- Coordinate all administrative and back-office IT-related activities to best prepare the program.
During the program
- Be the central contact point for all student workers and managers, responding to requests related to contracts, holidays, time management etc.
- Proactively manage exceptional cases and coordinate with key team-members to implement solutions accordingly.
Towards the end of the program
- Lead offboarding administrative activities, including writing up work certificates,
- Gather feedbacks from trainees, managers and HRBP via surves to measure satisfaction and identify
areas of improvement, - Support in analysing survey results and contribute to a creating a summary report with insights and recommendations for future program improvements.
Requirements
Profile
- Recently graduated or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Psychology,
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficacy
- Proficiency with microsoft excel, including experience with mail merges and data analysis,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficent in French and possess solid English language skills
