Senior Software Engineer (C# .NET) (f/m/d)

Salary 90’000 - 110’000 CHF per year
Requirements:- You have professional experience developing cloud and desktop applications (frontend & backend)
Experience specifically with modern software development practices, including agile methodologies and test-driven development
You think about automating everything
You are a passionate techie and are ideally familiar with our tech stack
You have good understanding of Event-Driven architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
You are used to working in an intercultural environment and are able to communicate successfully in this setting
You have experience coaching software developers
You express your opinion freely, but are willing to conform to the broader consensus
Fluent in English (written & spoken), German is a plus

Responsibilities:- As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with other skilled developers, and continually learn and grow your skills
You bridge the gap and facilitate the collaboration with our development team in India
You align the requirements with the PO and other Tech Leads to derive high level work packages
You support and guide with vertical slicing, the realization and code reviews
You code, because you love clean code, good performance, scalability and meaningful test coverage
You like to support less experienced Software Engineers on their journey
