Software Test Manager - TOSCA

 Reporting to the head of applications, you will be responsible for the delivery of robust software products through Lean Testing Processes and tools.With proven expertise of the Tosca testing tool, you will review, update and maintain the lean testing process to cover performance and stress testing, data testing, functional testing, test data management and end-to-end regression.You will also be responsible for the rollout and training of the testing process for new product developments.With your expertise in TOSCA, you will contribute to the tool roadmap and be the point of contact between the client and tool vendors and provide guidelines for using the testing tools beyond TOSCA.For new software products, you will set up the master test plan and provide estimates for the time required to complete analysis and sprint phases. You will also assist with the hiring of project test managers, their instruction and manage the quality of their work.As Test Manager, you will be a key part in the hiring of external test team members covering test analysts, automation engineers and QA consultants.With expertise in Automation, you will champion the benefits of automation, provide expertise in test customisation, regression packs test scenarios and the automation of non-regression testing.You will have a proven background as an automation test engineer and certified TOSCA Exploratory Testing. You will be an excellent communicator and be able to manage a growing team and workload in automation testing.You will be available to work on site in Geneva. As such, and due to the urgency of the position, we are only able to accept candidates based in Switzerland or from the EU.
