IT Support Technician - Level 2

Then this role is for you. Our client is currently looking for a Field Services Technician to work with local and international teams to support physical network issues which cannot be handled remotely.  You will be required to deploy and administer components within your sector of expertise, ensure follow-up and escalation to the relevant IT support teams where required and provide excellent customer service to demanding internal clients.
We are also looking for some project co-ordination experience to help with the rollout of new technologies for specific initiatives and internal clients, so this is an opportunity for you to develop some of those skills, while still maintaining a hands-on technical positionYou will be expected to have experience in Microsoft Technologies (Office, OneDrive, Exchange) as well as hardware such as laptops, desktop, touchscreen devices, printers and video conferencing systems.
 You are a proactive and rigorous technician and are looking to excel in a new environment. Fluent French and an excellent level of English are required. Due to the urgency of this position, we are only able to accept candidates based in Switzerland or from the EU.
