Application Support Consultant - Portfolio Management

Are you looking for a new IT opportunity in the banking sector?Do you have experience of working with demanding internal clients in a fast-moving environment?Then we may have a role for you. As application support analyst, you will be in charge of providing functional and technical support to the users of a web-based portal application used by portfolio managers to access and manage  information about their clients’ portfolios. You will be responsible for front line support to users in the private banking, front office and other users of the portal for the resolution of production incidents throughout the incident management process. You will prioritise and investigate the root cause of issues and help with the definition of disaster recovery plans and further development of the applications. Fluency in English and French are required with a background in private banking or asset management a clear advantage. Due to the urgency of this position, we are only able to accept applications from candidates based in Switzerland or from the EU.
