• You have a university degree or a degree from a university of applied sciences with a specialization in business administration, banking & finance and/or controlling.
• 5 years of previous working experience in the financial services sector, audit and/or consulting.
• You have experience in leading projects and teams front-to-back.
• You have a quick grasp and a flair for analytical thinking, especially with regards to the connection of risk topics and business processes.
• You have a high willingness to learn and develop professionally and personally, you have a convincing demeanor, and you have excellent communication skills.
• You are self-driven, motivated, team, client and goal-oriented and want to take on responsibility from the start and work in an environment with an active coaching and feedback culture.
• You are fluent in German and English. French is a plus.
