About this role

Specialist Income

As a Specialist Corporate Actions, you will work in the Banking Process Solutions BPS division and ensure efficient, error-free and daily processing of day-to-day business in accordance with SLA and process specifications. You will take responsibility for operational implementation, monitor processes, analyse key figures and support the management of the team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handles the day-to-day business and ensures that it is completed on time
  • Controls/monitors and orders measures
  • Deputises for the team leader
  • Direct contact with internal and external customers, suppliers, etc.
  • Specialist responsibility

Your skills

  • Completed apprenticeship with specialised further training
  • Some years of professional experience in banking operations, ideally in a BPO environment
  • Very good knowledge of banking processes (payment transactions or securities) and common banking applications
  • Strong quality awareness, combined with a forward-looking and structured way of working
  • Analytical and holistic thinking, strong communication skills, problem-solving skills and a high level of professionalism
  • Fluent in German, good skills in English and French is a big plus
