Finance & Operations Steering Architect (Executive Board Member)

On behalf of a premier, high-growth Technology Systems Integrator specializing in Cloud Ecosystems and Business AI, we are seeking a strategic heavyweight to join the Group Executive Board.

As the Head of Finance & Business Steering, you will serve as the organizational "Navigator." Your mission is to synchronize the financial engine with human capital and IT operations to ensure the group remains agile as it scales across the DACH region. This is a role for a leader who values data-driven steering over traditional administration.

Your Strategic Impact

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee the group's "Core Service Hub," providing visionary leadership to three specialized Team Leads (Finance, HR, and IT Operations).

1. Financial Governance & Business Intelligence

  • Lead the group's financial trajectory by managing liquidity, controlling, and complex business planning.

  • Deep-dive into modern revenue models, optimizing Recurring Revenue (SaaS), consulting margins, and maintenance portfolios.

  • Transform historical data into predictive management reports that empower the Board of Directors to make high-stakes decisions with confidence.

2. People & Capacity Strategy

  • Act as the executive sponsor for the HR function, ensuring the recruitment engine is aligned with aggressive growth targets.

  • Oversee capacity management and role architecture to ensure the organization scales without losing efficiency.

  • Drive the adoption of advanced HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) to cultivate a high-performance culture.

3. Operational Excellence & Digital Trust

  • Take ownership of internal IT governance, ensuring the group's infrastructure is secure, scalable, and AI-ready.

  • Bridge the gap between internal digitalization and external market growth, ensuring all administrative processes are as innovative as the products the company sells.

Requirements

Your Professional DNA
  • Executive Track Record: Extensive experience in a senior leadership role (CFO, COO, or Finance Director) within the Professional Services, IT, or Software sectors.

  • Master of Business Models: You possess a sophisticated understanding of unit economics in consulting and license-based environments.

  • The "Leader of Leaders": You have a proven ability to manage through others, empowering functional Team Leads while maintaining high standards of accountability.

  • The Growth Mindset: Entrepreneurial by nature, you are comfortable with the ambiguity of growth and the precision required for international expansion.

  • Communication: Native or bilingual German and professional English are essential for this board-level position.
