You will provide support to team consisting of Client Advisors in all facets of daily business routine, while maintaining awareness of and sensitivity to confidential nature of Private Banking clients. This role will include client communication. You will work in a team-oriented environment with client advisors, client service specialists, integrated team members, operations and technology teams to fulfil requests. You would be passionate about client service and will use communication and relationship management skills to ensure an exceptional level of client satisfaction.

Additionally, the banker professional will provide dedicated assistance to the Region Head for Switzerland, Emerging Markets, and the Middle East within the Private Bank. This role is focused on ensuring the seamless execution of key business activities, including support on the preparation of presentations, management of meetings and workshops, follow-up on tasks, and coordination across multiple markets. The Banker Professional will work closely with the Regional Head and Business Management.

Job responsibilities

  • Monitor client accounts and assist with daily account administration
  • Support Client Advisors in Know-Your-Client documentation and processes and Suitability assessments and reporting
  • Assist in account opening process and internal preparation to facilitate subsequent investments
  • Documentation management (Alternatives, Suitability, Investment Parameters, OTC etc.)
  • Advisory and brokerage accounts trade execution and daily control over trade settlement
  • Liaising with Operations, Client Service Specialist, Supervisory Management, Risk Management and Investor Support teams
  • Support Business Analysts in preparing, reviewing and approving Investment Performance review presentations for Investors to deliver to clients. Assisting in development of marketing pitches and investment ideas presentations. Prepare and review prospect/banking products pitches
  • Maintaining risk management monitoring of the portfolios for investment purposes, regulatory purposes and other compliance issues
  • Internal account maintenance and coverage management, as well as internal financial reports
  • Draft and customize presentations and leadership decks
  • Responsible for the preparation of agendas, minutes, workshops and other events
  • Ensure timely follow-up on action items assigned to key stakeholders (Market Managers and Business Managers) across various markets

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • University degree, preferably in finance, law or business related subject (or equivalent)
  • Financial work experience, preferably within Private Banking
  • Fluent in English
  • Self-starter, extremely organized and detailed-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy
  • Good judgment and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, organization, and time management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI applications
  • Proactive ownership of assigned tasks
  • High attention to detail
  • Motivated and proactive mindset
