Service Back-Office & Order Management Specialist

For our client, an international company based in the Greater Area of Geneva, we are looking for a dedicated Service Back-Office & Order Management Specialist.
As a Service Back-Office Specialist, you will be the backbone of our customer service and sales operations. You will manage the journey of an order—from the initial price quote to the final invoice. This is an ideal role for an organized professional who enjoys working with data (SAP/Salesforce) and ensuring customers receive their parts and services on time.
General Information:
Location: Satigny, Geneva
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 7 months with the possibility of extension or a permanent position after the end of the temporary employment
Working Hours: 100%
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage Quotes: Create and follow up on service quotations for spare parts and repairs using Salesforce and Excel.
Order Coordination: Process customer orders in SAP, ensuring all technical and financial data (prices, dates, terms) is accurate.
Logistics & Invoicing: Prepare shipping documents, issue invoices, and manage delivery notes to ensure smooth physical distribution.
Administrative Support: Maintain the customer database (MDG), manage digital archives, and assist with credit notes or overdue payment reminders.
Your Qualifications:
- Entry Level: Practical knowledge typically obtained through advanced education or equivalent work experience
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, and MS Office.
Languages: Fluent in French and good English. (German is a plus!)
Mindset: You are organized, sociable, and flexible. You enjoy a "polyvalent" role where tasks can change based on the team's needs.
Experience: This is an entry-level position; we provide supervision and standard procedures to help you succeed.
