About this role
Our Low Voltage Products division is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Zurich. In this role, you will act as the central interface between our international sales teams, production, and logistics, ensuring seamless communication and efficient order processing.

Working Hours: Standard office hours
Remote Work: Up to 2 days of Home Office per week possible after the initial onboarding phase and by arrangement with the department head.
Your Impact:
Daily Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and international sales via Microsoft Teams and Email.
Order Management: Handle the end-to-end processing of customer inquiries and order fulfillment.
Interface Management: Act as the vital link between external stakeholders, production units, and logistics departments.
Escalation Management: Take ownership of resolving customer issues and managing challenging situations professionally.
Logistics Coordination: Apply your understanding of logistical workflows to ensure smooth operational delivery.
Your Background:
Language Skills: Business-level fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
Technical Proficiency: Solid foundational knowledge of SAP. You are proficient in MS Office, with high expertise in Outlook and basic knowledge of Excel.
Professionalism: Strong communication skills and a high level of customer orientation.
Experience: Proven experience in customer contact and a solid understanding of logistical processes.
