Working relationships

  • supporting and assisting the Chief Trader as well as product and regional managers as required
  • close collaboration with other Assistants worldwide

 Tasks

  • Travel arrangements and management: flight bookings through travel agents, hotel bookings, visa collection
  • Coordinating the team's travels
  • Organization and coordination of international conferences (conference registrations, meeting organization, on the spot support)
  • Prepare daily reports
  • Prepare power point presentations
  • Handling of expenses
  • General support to the team

 Background

  • Administrative support experience in an international environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • English or German mother tongue with proficiency in the other language, other language skills of advantage
  • Service oriented and general open personality
  • A self-starter, who can work well under stress
  • Proficient with MS Office applications
