- Controlling and monitoring SAP MM & WM processes and bookings
- Complying with the required SOPs & WIs and initiates updates if required.
- Independent active processing of quality issues/records as well as ensuring/completing CAPA's and other necessary process steps
- Acting as Warehouse SME in the Focus Team Compliance to represent the warehouse related ETS Records and actions
- Identifying and proactively driving continuous improvements in the context of warehouse processes, SAP workflows, etc
- Cooperating in projects related to Material Management
- Supporting the Warehouse leader with Warehouse KPI-Reporting activities
- Monitoring environmental control system (DLS) and SAP Workorders related to Warehouse equipment.
- Independently interfacing with Purchasing, Planning, QC and QA
- Complying with GMP, EHS and SOX specifications and guidelines associated with the respective function.
- Adhering to safety, accident prevention and hygiene regulations
- Special & additional tasks as instructed by the supervisor
Requirements:
Who we are looking for:
- Completed apprenticeship (EFZ) or degree in Supply Chain Management / Warehousing
- Professional experience in Warehouse, in a GxP environment resp. regulated industry
- od kledge of SAP MM & WM
- od kledge of MS Office
- Independent and responsible way of working
- Fluent German communication, good level of English
- Data driven with attention to details
