Background:In this warehouse, the logistics and packaging area is one of the most modern packaging systems, systems for delivery control (Track & Trace), systems for fully electronic production documentation and systems for highly automated warehouse management and material flow control are used. For the area of highly automated warehouse and logistics processes based on SAP EWM, we are looking for an employee who will ensure the operational operation of the systems in application support and who will actively promote the further development of the existing system solutions platforms based on SAP eWM. In the next few years, there are also several large projects in the SAP / SAP EWM environment. On the one hand, the conversion from SAP EWM to S4 HANA and the replacement of the existing SAP R3 system. The employee we are looking for will also support these projects. The perfect candidate:The perfect candidate has a technical background with experience in the manufacturing/logistics/IT environment with SAP EWM kledge. The person has very good communication skills, is resilient, analytical and works independently. General information:

 Tasks & responsibilities:

  • First level support and ensuring the availability of the application (LAURA application)
  • Ensuring the availability and functionality of the application/processes as an interface between the operational areas and the technical service providers
  • Project support Migration from SAP EWM to S4 HANA / ASPIRE (replacement of SAP R3)
  • Incident management in First Level Support (hotline) with coordination of incident processing between the relevant stakeholders (business process owners, customers, IT, QA, software suppliers, hardware suppliers, etc. )
  • Monitoring of recurring incidents and initiation of countermeasures (problem management)
  • Supervision/control/monitoring of system-relevant processes and procedures
  • Communication with users via telephone, chat, and e-mail as part of the incident and problem management
  • Request management with the tasks of a business analyst to coordinate change requests with the operational areas and relevant specialists, groups
  • Creation, updating and implementation of a technical user training
  • Maintenance of the kledge database (e.g. operating or installation instructions, etc.)
  • Support in the implementation of system validation

 Must Haves:

  • Higher specialist diploma/certificate or study in logistics or an IT area (e.g. logistics master or computer science)
  • Min. 2 years of hands-on work experience in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
  • Min. 2 years of work experience in First Level Support in a technical environment with applications (e.g. hotline)
  • od experience in (pharmaceutical) logistics and/or IT environment
  • Fluent kledge of German and good kledge of English (min. B2 level)
  • Quick understanding of questions in a technically complex environment

 Nice to haves:

  • Experience in the regulated (GMP) environment is an advantage
  • Project experience
