Qualification Engineer Background:The Department of Technical Compliance is looking for a qualified engineer for independent project work in the field of clean media.Pure media:

  • Water systems: generation, treatment, distribution of purified (AP) or highly purified water (WFI)
  • Gaseous media: e.g. B. nitrogen, carbon dioxide, process air
  • Associated automation systems

  The perfect candidate:We are looking for a candidate with a professional level and hands-on work experience in clean media, as well as qualifications. General information:

  • Start date: ASAP
  • End date: annual contract
  • Extension: possible
  • Workplace: Basel
  • Workload: 80-100%
  • Remote/home office: possible, by arrangement, on-site work is required

  Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Creation of qualification plans/reports for the phases DQ-IQ-OQ-PQ according to the client's Q-System
  • Carrying out qualifications in the phases DQ-IQ-OQ-PQ according to the client's Q-System
  • Creation of QPP / MQP (Qualification Project Plan / Master Qualification Plan)
  • Carrying out qualification reviews to check the qualified status of existing systems
  • Supporting our clients in the qualification environment
  • GMP-compliant documentation of the work carried out

 Must-haves:

  • Completed training (FH, HF or similar) in one of the fields: EI&C technology, mechanical engineering, process engineering, pharmaceutical technology or biotechnology
  • Min. 3-5 years of experience with qualifications in the pure media environment as a qualification engineer
  • Hands-on experience with water systems (generation, treatment, distribution of purified (AP) or highly purified water (WFI)), gaseous media (e.g. nitrogen, carbon dioxide, process air) and the associated automation systems
  • Professional experience in a GMP-regulated working environment
  • od computer skills in MS Office and ogle applications
  • Very good kledge of spoken and written German and good kledge of spoken and written English
  • Ability to work in a team, initiative, independence, communicative
  • The orderly, structured and precise way of working
