 Your profile:

  • Expertise in Unix operating System and coding/ Scripting of Unix shell script
  • Working kledge of databases such as Oracle, Ingres and good in writing SQL queries for Oracle and/or Ingres
  • Problem-solving skills and a good technical background
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized, independent, self-motivated and a quick learner
  • The desire to learn and expand mindset
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), German is a plus
  • Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

  Tasks and Responsibilities: 

  • Handle operations' software-related tickets and fix all associated issues
  • Demonstrate analytical, troubleshooting and research skills with the ability to take responsibility and ownership
  • Process test activities of releases and projects with emphasis on time and budget alignment
  • Work with various teams from across the company to solve issues in the logistics operation, customer service application, financial and messaging applications
  • Work with 3rd party vendors on technical issues and projects
  • Identify issues with orders, systems or the logistics operation and report all issues to product managers and tech teams
  • Provide technical support to clients
  • 24x7 On-call support
  • Triage and manage incidents, write up incident reports
  • Test applications thoroughly to ensure best quality of all projects and test deliveries
  • Provide support in yearly ServiceBureau and customer-based audits
  • Ability to effectively create, update process documentation
