We are recruiting a Specialist Contract Administration to be part of the Campus Switzerland Office within the Innovative Medicine Principal Operations (IMPO) organization.

The candidate will support our Switzerland Operations with the execution and archiving of contracts and corporate documents in line with internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and maintain contracts, amendments, and related documentation in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Track contract obligations, deliverables, deadlines, renewals, and performance metrics to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
- Maintain accurate and secure contract databases, files, and records for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
- Serve as the point of contact between legal, finance, procurement, and other departments regarding contract matters.
- Assist with drafting and editing correspondences, templates, and agreements.
- Support periodic contract status reports, highlighting risks, changes, and upcoming actions required.
- Liaise with external partners to clarify terms, resolve discrepancies, and facilitate smooth contract administration.
- Advising and providing training to internal stakeholders on matters related to correct contracts execution (e-signature and wet signature) and archiving
- Support administration of granting signatory rights for various Zug-based legal entities end-to-end, including managing Trade Register entries and removals
- Support administration of quarterly board meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in contracts management or a related role.
- Experience with electronic signature platforms
- Fluency in English is required
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work optimally with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Experience working within large, complex corporate environments
