It’s officially summertime, meaning it’s time to head to the beach! Strandbad Tiefenbrunnen is a unique beach in Zurich with a view of the city's skyline in the background. This sandy beach is the perfect place to take a relaxing break after a day at work. Dip in the lake, hop off a diving board, or recline on a towel under the sun before heading back to the city.

2. Lido di Lugano, Lugano

Coined one of the most beautiful beaches in Switzerland, the Lido di Lugano beach really looks like something out of a painting. The turquoise bay glimmers under the sun, and the picturesque mountains act as the perfect backdrop, giving the area a very seaside-like feel.
