OPERATION MANAGER 100% (W/M/D) ZARA GLATTZENTRUM

We are looking for a very energetic, hardworking, reliable and efficient warehouse manager.

We need a professional and detail-oriented person with a sense of priority and motivation. Our large stock requires a lot of time and commitment. It is the heart of our shop! We receive large deliveries of different garments twice a week and need to label, organise and recognise them very efficiently and quickly.

As operation manager, this is your main task:

• Be aware of what is happening in the shop every day and how your work affects shop sales.
• Maintain the stock by organising and managing it efficiently.
• Actively participate in delivery and ensure new stock is replenishable on the shop floor prior to shop opening.
• Continuously develop stock knowledge and promotions throughout the shop.
• Organising and coordinating the whole team on the day of delivery.
• Responsible for all hourly replenishment that needs to be done daily in the shop.
• Train all team members on proper stock management and encourage them to respect the work and keep it neat and tidy.
• Coordinate with managers all main tasks required by the shop: all types of deliveries, store changes, stock, sales preparations and special events.
