On Behalf of Our Client, a well-established company operating in the steel and energy sector, we're ooking for a Refractroy Sales Engineer based in Germany (English and German Languages are mandatory).
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
• Manage and expand the existing customer base in the steel industry.
• Acquire new customers, analyse market potentials and developments.
• Advice customers on selecting the right refractory products and solutions.
• Organise the necessary technical and commercial visits to the customers.
• Understand technical specifications/drawings and customer requirements.
• Supervise refractory installations and trials follow up.
• Ability to work when required in a heavy industry environment.
• Edit and conduct product presentations.
• Prepare quotations and conducting negotiations.
• Manage the commercial topics around the order process.
• Monitor market trends and develop sales strategies.
• Participate in trade fairs and industry events.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales Back office, Research &
Development, Production and Logistics.
• Report to the Management in Switzerland.
• Any other activity necessary to reach the target.
German fluent; English at least B2
Company office located in Ratingen, Germany.
Full remote option available.
Willingness to frequently travel is required.
