Position Summary
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high quality & proactive support to the Head of Food Zone Europe and the team. You will keep the agenda, manage the administrative tasks and prioritize commitments in order to respect deadlines.

A Day in the Life of an Executive Assistant
- Proactive and anticipative approach to the Head of Food Europe agenda
- Ensure involvement and engagement to gain full autonomy in agenda and priorities management
- Manage general administration activities with efficiency: anticipate, prioritize incoming mail and prepare meetings / information as required to ensure timely follow-up (i.e. for correspondence, minutes, presentations, etc.) • Act as the first contact point for internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and coordinate the Leadership team meetings, special events/workshops/conferences
- Manage travels & process travel expenses
- Maintain content of digital platforms and contribute to innovative solutions
- Support in the PR/PO process
- Act as "super-user" for the deployment of new Nestlé solutions (IT/office tools, processes and policies)
- Coordinate new employee arrivals & departures process
- Support team initiatives and projects What will make you successful
What will make you successful
- Confirmed experience as an Executive Assistant or 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Ability to connect the dots, anticipate & take initiative
- Excellent stakeholder management, and organization skills; lean communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to details and capacity to work within tight deadlines and multitask
- Dynamic, flexible & agile with can-do attitude
- Service-oriented, open-minded and problem solver
- Experience working with collaborative tools: MS Teams, Zoom etc.
- ISIT savvy, very good command of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), SAP & Concur
- Fluency in English and French
