Digital Traceability Project Manager (m/f/d) - 24-month fixed-term contract

For our client based in Eysins, we are currently looking for a Digital Traceability Project Manager until the end of 2028.

Your role:

• Act as the project manager and delivery counterpart for Track & Trace related initiatives, with a focus on IT applications that support GS1 standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive the delivery schedules, ensure milestones and go/no-go criteria are met, and proactively identify and mitigate technical and delivery risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, Supply Network Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Distribution, and external vendors/integrators.
• Coordinate validation and testing cycles (computer system validation) and support the change control processes.
• Maintain validation documentation and supporting evidence to ensure application compliance and readiness for internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear IT specifications while ensuring systems adapt to evolving digital and regulatory standards.

Who you are:

• Higher education or university degree in IT, computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline (or business administration with strong IT project experience). 
• Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical Track & Trace, GS1 standards, digital link and ePI with understanding of packaging operations processes
• Several years of experience in IT project management, ideally in a regulated industry such as pharma, life sciences, or medtech.
• Demonstrated experience in software delivery lifecycle (requirements gathering, IT architecture, validation, testing, and release management).
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business language.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
