Job description.

As Deputy Manager, you will support and assist the Manager in achieving a store in line with company standards. You supervise your department and coordinate staff members.

As Deputy Manager, these will be your main responsibilities:

  • Ensure that objectives are met and procedures are followed with regard to: safety, cash desk management, administration management, health and safety.
  • Monitor and respect time budgets
  • Create daily and weekly schedules
  • Follow the following procedures:

Payroll and System Payroll Department (TGT)

HR: sickness and long periods of absenteeism

Recruitment: You anticipate, plan with low-cost initiatives

  • Communicate with head office, HR manager and/or sales managers
  • Ensure a pleasant working climate
  • Monitor and develop sales teams (Potential Program)
  • Manage product flow on the sales floor
  • Analyze sales indicators and implement an appropriate sales action plan to increase sales results.
  • Manage the smooth running of the store ''Sales areas, checkouts, fitting rooms, reserves, and other departments''.
