About this role
Salary: CHF 80’000 - 110’000 per year
Requirements:- You have a completed degree (HF/FH/ETH) and want to further develop yourself in the energy industry. Alternatively, you have completed an apprenticeship (electrician, etc.) along with additional training in system technology or energy systems.
- Several years of leadership or project experience (advantageous in the field of protection technology) complement your profile.
- Your work style is structured and analytical. Your personality is conscientious and service-oriented.
- Willingness to work on-call is not a hindrance for you.
- Lead and develop the team both in terms of expertise and personnel.
- Take on project and subproject management in the construction of substations and power plants with a focus on protection and station control technology.
- Parameterize, test, and evaluate protection and station control technology systems and their components.
- Ensure the quality and continuity of the facilities by creating or revising concepts.
- Create tenders, evaluate incoming offers (procurement and purchasing), and ensure optimal preparation for the future.
