Solution Architect - Zug

Salary: CHF 90’000 - 130’000 per year

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with involvement in system integration deployments in the domain.
• Experience with medical software installation and configuration.
• Strong and confident customer-facing consulting skills.
• English proficiency is a must.
• Technical Competencies:
• Experience with Medical Device connectivity.
• Experience with design tooling.
• Experience with cloud and SAAS.
• Experience with Full Microsoft Stack.
• Experience with Micro Services based architectures.
• Experience with SQL, relational database systems (MSSQL is a must, Postgres a plus).

Responsibilities:

• Assist Product Managers and Segment Experts in the design, scope, and governance of total solutions involving several product lines and third-party products.
• Provide input into future solution functionality, implementation methodology, and configuration standards.
• Analyze requirements and design solutions to address customer business scenarios within the product scope.
• Write solution-oriented documentation for internal and external use.
• Produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements.
• Provide current best practices and third-party solution alternatives as part of the functional design document.
• Analyze and resolve problems, implementing proper solutions to reduce future issues.
• Oversee aspects of product life cycle from initial kickoff through requirements analysis, design, implementation, and exit phases.
• Communicate effectively between different teams, including technical and non-technical groups.
• Coordinate and collaborate with sales and customer implementation teams and Ascom deployment teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Analyze customer site analysis and process requirements as a basis to propose solutions from the Ascom portfolio.
