What You’ll Do
As a Senior UX Designer, you’ll be a key player in shaping intuitive and mission-critical user experiences for complex systems. You will:
Design and optimize HMI interfaces for air defense applications (both digital and physical, e.g. cockpit layouts)
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including systems engineers and product managers
Ensure top-level UX standards for safety, clarity, and performance
Contribute to the overall system architecture with a user-centered mindset
Lead visual design efforts where needed, bridging the gap between UX and UI
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with:
Several years of professional experience in graphic design, prior to transitioning into UX (this background is highly valued and often essential in our work)
A strong portfolio demonstrating UX design work in complex environments
Experience designing for both software and hardware touchpoints
Excellent understanding of HMI principles
Fluency in English (German is a plus)
