About this role

Salary: CHF 140’000 - 180’000 per year

Requirements:

6-10 years of professional software engineering experience.
Advanced expertise in C++; proficiency in Python a plus.
Prior experience in systematic or algorithmic trading environments is advantageous.
Strong interest in crypto and decentralized finance.
Proven ability to design and implement real-time, reliable, and scalable systems.
Collaborative mindset, clear communication, and commitment to code quality.
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS) preferred.

Responsibilities:

Build and optimize front-office systems for algorithmic trading, including data processing, risk management, execution, and post-trade workflows.
Collaborate closely with traders and quantitative researchers to automate and support 24/7 trading strategies.
Integrate with on-chain and DeFi data sources to enable real-time insights and execution.
Contribute to architectural design and end-to-end system development for low-latency environments.
Mentor junior engineers, promote best coding practices, and uphold high technical standards.
